General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jatbat platform and all its services. By using this website (https://jatbat.cam) you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

All financial transactions are monitored through both automated and manual methods. In cases of suspicious activity, transactions may be held and reviewed. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is identified, the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jatbat offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is payable once only.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing the bonus amount, a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be completed.
• Not all games count toward wagering — the wagering contribution rate may vary by game.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A maximum bet limit may apply during wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific terms that are published alongside the offer.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Attempts to earn bonuses using multiple accounts are prohibited.
• jatbat reserves the right to change or discontinue the bonus program at any time.

VIP Program

The jatbat VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and participation on the platform. The specific benefits and conditions of each VIP tier are determined by jatbat and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jatbat platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or exploitation of software errors.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by conspiring with other players.
• Bonus abuse by creating multiple accounts.
• Use of automated betting software, bots or other automation tools.
• Using another person's account or providing account details to others.
• Betting using third-party funds or money laundering.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to servers.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users.

Responsible Gaming

jatbat takes responsible gaming very seriously. Online gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be used as a source of income.
